System Responsible for Commerce

Do you want to play a key role in developing the future of commerce solutions in one of Sweden's most dynamic retail environments? Kronan's Supply Chain Development team is now looking for an engaged and driven System Responsible for Commerce who wants to help drive the business forward – with the customer in focus!

The position is a consulting assignment starting in early May and extending to the end of September 2026. You will work on-site from the client's office in Kungsholmen with the possibility of hybrid work 2-3 days a week.

Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

About the Position

As the System Responsible for Commerce, you are the hub of Kronan's Pharmacy's digital commerce development. You are responsible for ensuring that the client's Commerce system is continuously developed in line with business needs, driving system improvements and leading cross-functional projects and processes.

Your Main Responsibilities

In the role of System Responsible, your primary tasks will include:

• Overall responsibility for the development and processes of the Commerce system
• Leading and supporting system development projects and improvement initiatives
• Acting as a link between IT, external suppliers, and internal departments
• Ensuring structured management of Change Requests, testing processes, and documentation
• Troubleshooting and case management in collaboration with IT
• Creating and updating instructional materials and user manuals
• Active work with system management and process improvement
• Prioritizing and following up on the status of development projects
• Participating in forums focused on improvement and system development initiatives
• Close collaboration with colleagues in TG/OTC, Supply, and RX

Who Are You?

To be successful in the role of System Responsible, you have:

• Relevant post-secondary education, e.g., in economics or supply
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably from an omnichannel player
• Experience with ERP systems and system development projects
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• High analytical ability and familiarity with tools such as Power BI and Excel

Previous experience as a super user in supply, space, campaign, or PIM systems is considered an advantage.
